Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says, "We ourself need to be clean and pure; just having a clean body is not enough, since our body is not our self."
In this course Kadam Heather will explain how to purify the negative karma we have accumulated in this life and in our countless past lives. In the last session of the day she will guide us in in a very powerful method of purification: "Meditation and Recitation of Solitary Vajrasattva."
"Any living being, even an earth worm or an insect, can commit negative actions; but only human beings have the fortune to be able to purify them. We should make use of this precious opportunity to purify our negative karma, not to create more!" Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says "Since purification is the root of future happiness and spiritual realizations, we should strive to cleanse our mind of delusions and negative karma by practicing the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva. This is a very powerful method of purification."
In this retreat, Kelsang Milob will guide four sessions of this very powerful method of purification. Through engaging in this practice we will create a future filled with happiness and spiritual realizations.
