July 24th-August 7th: Freedom from Anger
In this series we will learn methods to transform the very conditions that make our lives difficult and stressful into profound insights and inner strength. Classes includes guided meditations and lectures.
August 14th-September 4th: Meditation on the Clarity of the Mind
This practice is renowned for being one of the most effective methods for developing concentration and overcoming stubborn mental habits. Classes include two guided meditations and a talk.

Tuesday Evenings: $10, $5 for college & high school students
Meditation for Everyone
These classes provide you with tools for dealing with problems, such as stress and fear, and replacing them with positive minds, such as patience and love.
Taught by Resident Teacher Kadam Heather Rocklin, each class includes two guided meditations and a talk on how to use Buddha’s teachings to find inner peace, an opportunity to ask questions. Although each class is taught as part of a series, it is also self-contained, so newcomers are always welcome.
