Stages of the Path, or ‘Lamrim’, is a special arrangement of all Buddhas teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice. By becoming familiar with these meditations, you will enjoy the peace and fulfillment that come from a spiritually meaningful life.

Kadam Heather Rocklin is Geshe Kelsang’s representative in Oregon and a full time teacher at Mahasiddha Center. Her teachings are heartfelt and presented with clarity and warmth that makes them accessible to everyone. Heather teaches meditation classes for everyone in Portland and surrounding areas, as well as classes in the committed study programs, the Foundation Program and Teacher Training Program.
Kelsang Milob has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years, both as a lay and ordained practitioner. Her heartfelt teachings reflect her sincere faith in Buddha’s teachings on compassion and wisdom. Milob is on the Special Teacher Training Program (STTP), through correspondence, with Manjushri Meditation Center in Ulverston, England.
