
Eugene | Spring Into Meditation Saturday Course
Increase and deepen your good heart through meditation in this Saturday course. Each session will include two guided meditations and a talk explaining how to cherish others at least as much as we cherish ourself.
We should know that learning to cherish others is the best method for establishing world peace in general, and for our own peace of mind in particular. Cherishing our neighbors and the people in our local area will naturally lead to harmony in the community and society at large, and this will make everyone happier. We may not be a well-known or powerful figure, but if we sincerely cherish everyone we meet we can make a profound contribution to our community. – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
