Forgiving Ourselves and Others
Blaming ourselves or others is a only serves to erode our self-confidence and breed animosity towards those around us. Rather than fixating on our imperfections we recognize that imperfections do not define us and are not inherently part of us. We can cultivate a more realistic, and positive mindset by shifting our focus to embrace the pure underlying nature our mind, which is like a clear sky, instead of dwelling on the passing storm clouds of our faults.
