All the instructions of Kadampa Buddhism were originally taught by Buddha Shakyamuni, but it is through the kindness of the Spiritual Guide that these instructions can take root in our heart and ripen as inner realizations.

Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche is the root Spiritual Guide of all modern Kadampa Teachers and practitioners. By reciting and contemplating this prayer, faithful Kadampa practitioners can connect with his inspiration and guidance as they make their own progress on the path to enlightenment.

Includes teachings, meditations and lunch.
