Meditation on the clarity of the mind has so many benefits. For example, it’s profoundly relaxing and enables us to develop strong mindfulness and deep concentration. But it’s so much more than that. Because the mind is the basis of all we know and perceive, deepening our understanding of the nature of our mind will alter the way we understand life, the universe and so on, making everything seem far more extraordinary and magical than we had ever thought possible. Each class includes two guided meditations and a talk.
