Meditation is for everyone and anyone can do it right here, right now. But enjoying a five-minute meditation every now and then and developing a sustained practice are two very different things. The latter requires a firm foundation and the development of wisdom views that will give us what we need to sustain our practice. Come learn the fundamentals of the Buddhist view and how they apply to meditation. You’ll learn how to build a meditation experience that brings joy and confidence, and that connects you with your potential to experience a deeper peace, happiness and inner freedom.
