Disharmony, disagreements and conflicts can be a major source of stress and anxiety. If we want to be truly happy and free from problems we must learn the inner causes of such problems and discover inner methods to control our own mind. In this series we will explore practical methods found in Buddha’s teaching that explain how to resolve such conflicts and develop harmony and peace. Each class includes two guided meditations and a talk.
