The key to harmonious relationships comes in understanding the deeper purpose of our relationships.
Often we look outside of ourself, to family and friends for love and happiness. However, Buddha taught that happiness comes within, it comes from the peaceful and positive minds of love, compassion, kindness, patience, generosity and so on. It is precisely in our relationships – both the joyful and the more challenging ones – that we are afforded the opportunity to train in these happiness-creating minds.
In this series, through talks and guided meditations, we will look at profound Buddhist practices that enable us to bring harmony and meaning to all of our relationships.
No experience is necessary for this introductory class. Everyone is welcome!
