Healing Meditation Retreat
This weekend retreat is an amazing opportunity to meditate on the powerful practice of taking and giving. Buddha taught this sublime practice as a special method to heal the body and mind. This ancient technique can improve mental peace and happiness, especially if we feel powerless to help others or to overcome adversity.
Guided by Kadam Heather and Gen Rinzin, we will build a solid foundation for these meditations on giving love and taking away suffering. Through our actions, we’ll be helping to remove negativity from our world while we’re also destroying the source of our own suffering and problems!
