Portland | Understanding Buddha’s teachings on the Four Noble Truths

These classes include: Two meditations, A talk based on the book “How to Solve Our Human Problems” As well as prayers for world peace.

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the side of the mind. If we responded to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us. In these classes, Kadam Heather and James Jocoby will teach meditations on the Four Noble Truths – Buddha’s first teachings. Class includes teaching, two guided meditations , and prayers for world peace.
