No one wants to be unhappy. On the contrary! We want to be happy morning, noon, and night. But it’s so hard to find real happiness … or so we think. Buddha says otherwise!
In this course, we’ll be learning to train our mind in ways of thinking that lead to inner peace, the only source of real happiness. In particular, we’ll be learning from The New Eight Steps to Happiness, Geshe Kelsang’s deep dive into a classic Buddhist poem, “Eight Verses of Training the Mind” by Buddhist Master Langri Tangpa.
