Monday mornings, 10:30 am – 12:00 pm: January 6th  – 27th
at Mahasiddha (directions)
In this series of classes, we will unpack the famous Buddhist teaching known as The Four Noble Truths. These allow us to identify, reduce, and finally let go completely of our habitually unproductive responses to life’s problems, channeling our focus into a more constructive and fulfilling direction.
This series will be taught by Kadampa Buddhist Teacher James Jacoby

Meditation for Everyone

These classes provide you with tools for dealing with problems, such as stress and fear, and replacing them with positive minds, such as patience and love.

Taught by Resident Teacher Kadam Heather Rocklin, each class includes two guided meditations and a talk on how to use Buddha’s teachings to find inner peace, chanted prayers (Sundays only), and an opportunity to ask questions. Although each class is taught as part of a series, it is also self-contained, so newcomers are always welcome.
