In this class we will learn what meditation is and how to meditate. Then we will apply this understanding by meditating on our own mind. Through meditating on  our mind, we will come to experience a true happiness and inner joy that depends on the mind alone.

Kelsang Milob

Kelsang Milob has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years, both as a lay and ordained practitioner. Her heartfelt teachings reflect her sincere faith in Buddha’s teachings on compassion and wisdom. Kelsang Milob is on the Special Teacher Training Program with Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre.
