Our events and retreats program includes beginners’ workshops, special one-time courses, and retreats that allow us to gain a rich experience of Buddha’s teachings and meditations.

For those wishing to go deeper by studying and practicing more systematically, MKBC offers the in-depth study programs, the foundation programs and teacher training program.
By Practicing Kadampa Buddhist Meditation
We Can…

We can solve our daily problems of stress, anxiety, anger, uncontrolled desire, confusion, jealousy, and so on, and find deep and lasting inner peace.

We can nurture our spiritual potential by increasing our loving kindness and wisdom, and eventually attain full enlightenment!

And, by integrating these practical methods into our daily lives, we will not only enrich our own lives, but the lives of our families, communities, and world.
Everybody Welcome!
Who We Are
