Our Tradition

By practicing Kadampa Buddhist meditation we can...

solve our daily problems of stress, anxiety, anger, uncontrolled desire, confusion, jealousy, and so on, and find deep and lasting inner peace.
And, by integrating these practical methods into our daily lives, we will not only enrich our own lives, but the lives of our families, communities, and world.

Everyone Is Welcome At Our Meditation Center.

What can I expect?

A typical class—which can be taken separately or as a series—consists of a relaxing guided meditation, teachings based on the meditation topic, and a final meditation.

What if I want to go deeper?

We offer In-depth study programs, the Foundation Programs and the Teacher Training Program, for those wishing to study Buddha’s teachings in a structured way with other dedicated students.
