Her teachings are heartfelt and presented with clarity and warmth that makes them accessible to everyone. Heather teaches meditation classes for everyone in Portland on Sunday mornings, Tuesday nights and Friday nights and branch classes in Salem on Thursday nights, Clackamas on Saturday mornings, Beaverton / Hillsboro at PCC on Monday nights, as well classes in the committed study programs Foundation Program and Teacher Training Program. |
